we need an accurate understanding of our starting point. Individual and team assessments, when managed by a skilled facilitator, can provide clients with rich data that can form the basis for a thoughtful and realistic development plan.
We offer a variety of assessments depending upon the clients’ needs. We are highly trained independent researchers, experienced in developing customized assessment instruments. We are also certified to use a variety of standardized assessment tools such as the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
At a minimum, assessments include a thorough feedback session with the client that includes the construction of a clearly laid out development plan. More commonly, the information gained from an assessment is used to as a basis to identify areas of focus for training or coaching.
